Photo 365: 05.25.11 – 05.31.11

Happy June 1st everyone!! I love June because it’s my birthday month :) I get ridiculously excited about birthdays as if I’m still a little kid. It’s silly but I don’t care!

For this week’s photos I decided to take a picture every day of what I was wearing. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not because I think I’m a great dresser and want to show off my stylin’ it’s simply because I want to document all aspects of this year. Exactly what I’m into and all of that. So, I have a few days to share with you. This will actually carry on into next week as well because my week of outfits didn’t start until Saturday.

This outfit is actually from last Wednesday. I didn’t get the idea to document every outfit until Saturday but here I was specifically wanting to take a picture of the top because I got it at a thrift store for $1. Isn’t it cute?! My hair is seriously crazy in this pic because it was really windy and I could keep it from blowing around :)

Here is the first official start of outfit week. This is what I wore to work. And by the way, this is the j.crew shirt I mentioned that I bought at the thrift store for $4. Not bad huh?

Here is my outfit just before I walked out the door to go to church on Sunday. Our church is very casual but I like to wear dresses so, many times, I’m the only one :) The bummer part about this picture is you can’t see the detail on the neckline which is my favorite part of the dress. It looks very retro even though it’s not. It also has pockets which is another favorite of mine :)

A very casual, very comfortable outfit. Seriously, I could live in this outfit. It just might end up being my everyday summer outfit. It feels like wearing pajamas.

Switching locations to the studio. See all of my work left out on the dresser? I’m in the middle of something fun :) Another casual summer outfit. It doesn’t get much better than shorts, a t-shirt, and flip flops. And also my hair in a pony tail.

Can you tell by the pictures that it has been hot here? In the 90’s, which, is too hot for me but I know it’s going to get worse. I’m trying really hard this summer not to complain about the heat but it just sort of slips out before I can pull it back in. I will have to work at it even more!

That’s all for today. Want to see more of Photo 365? Check out all of the posts here.
