With this post as the fuel for creativity, I came up with this:

The front is made of a cover from an old dictionary that I cut off. It’s actually the inside that is the front because I liked it better! Here’s a look inside:

I gathered up papers from all over. Some are from old books, dictionaries, music sheets, cardstock, scrapbook paper and so on. I loved using all the different sizes to make a mini book.
I don’t usually post projects that aren’t finished yet but I realized I haven’t posted any scrap projects for awhile so here is the book above in progress. I only have a few pages done.

It was so much fun gathering papers for it. I also loved that I am recycling (or rather upcycling). For me, it doesn’t happen that way very often for scrapbooking because I am always wanting to use the newest scrap paper or embellishment. What a treat to make some out of things I have on hand! Once the book is finished I will post the completed project. I also made a few other books that are even cuter! I can’t wait to play with them!
