More Fun Finds
Some more wonderful vintage finds today. I really do love garage saling. I wasn’t even going to go out today because I didn’t have any cash on me but I decided to raid the coin jar, scrounged up $10 in quarters and boy, am I glad I did!
Here’s what I found:
It looks like I’m set for world traveling! I’m completely in love with the globe. It’s metal, from the 1050’s. The lady said she had it in her room when she was a little girl. It’s so cool. And the suitcases (although dirty as you can see from the picture) are completely wonderful too. The inside is even better. Awesome light pink interior, completely intact. LOVE. IT. ALL!
Now, the problem with shopping for vintage finds for my store is what happens when I want to keep them?! These items are definitely tempting me…

to bad I didn’t keep my bright orange suitcases for you. They were my graduation present from H.S. You probably would have loved them!
This actually inspires me to keep things that I would otherwise get rid of…with the expectation that they will be super great vintage finds before too long!
I want that globe! Seriously. Are you selling it?
