Time To Create

I love Saturdays! I typically work on Etsy all week making Saturday my day off. Oh how I love Saturdays! A chance to unwind and do whatever I want. The funny thing is, I almost always want to do more creating, just in a different form.

So, tonight I sat down and had time to create with some of the new Christmas goodies. I had an idea for cards so that is what I focused on. I used to make cards all the time and now they tend to get forgotten until I need one for a birthday or a thank you note. But every once in a while, I sit down and make a bunch of cards to have on hand. Actually, I have very few on hand right now; I had given all of my extras to my mom when I went home last month. So, I was in desperate need of some cards. And well, the sad thing is, I still am. I had so much fun making Christmas cards, I didn’t make any others! Now I have quite a few Christmas cards but no birthday, thank you or even blank cards. Oh well! I had fun and that’s what matters, right?!
